The prototype of the E-147 EP5/4.3 MW was erected at the Paltusmäki site in Finland. The turbine is part of a wind farm with five turbines that ENERCON is building in the region of Ostrobothnia for the German project developer Energiequelle.

ENERCON is also expanding its activities in Vietnam. A further 310 MW in the form of 74 x E-138 EP3 E2/4.2 MW turbines are to be realised by the end of 2021, spread over six projects.

"We are pleased about the trust that our customers are placing in us with these additional orders," says Steffen Brauns, Regional Manager Asia-Pacific in ENERCON's international sales department. "Since its market entry in Vietnam in 2018, ENERCON has always proven to be a reliable partner with high quality standards. This pays off for us."

Since entering the market in 2018, ENERCON has continuously expanded its presence in Vietnam, which is one of the company's new international core markets.
