GWEC Postpones Global Offshore Wind Summit Taiwan 2020
The Global Offshore Wind Summit Taiwan 2020 will now be held on 12-13 October 2020 at the Hua Nan Financial Holdings Conference Centre in Taipei, as the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) announced.
The decision to postpone the event, originally scheduled for 21-23 April, has been made by the event organisers, the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan (ECCT) and the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC), in response to health concerns arising from the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Considering health and safety concerns as well as travel restrictions placed on international participants, the GWEC believes it is in the best interest of all participants to postpone the event until autumn.
If you have already purchased a ticket for the event, it will remain valid for the new dates.
