As Reuters reports, China will end subsidies for onshore wind power projects in 2021. The National Development and Reform Commission had announced, renewable energy projects will be set to compete on equal footing with coal- and gas-fired electricity in the future.

It is to be determined what that means for the market of renewable energy in China which has been the leading country in instaling new renewable projects in the last years.
