Spain - Gamesa sells wind parks to Australia's Babcock & Brown

Gamesa Corporacion Tecnologica SA said it has reached an agreement to sell 231.66 MW of power installed in four different wind energy parks in the US for about $345 mln to the Australian company Babcock & Brown LP. In a statement, Gamesa said that through its units Gamesa SA and Gamesa Energy USA LLC it is selling wind parks in Cambria and Blair in Pennsylvania, and in Lee, in Illinois. The agreement is pending approval from the Federal Energy Regulation Commission.
