In another life, they were a personal care assistant, an entertainer in a holiday camp, a fishmonger, a cook, a rider, a technician in industrial design. Now, they are the first employees at our newest factory, where they are getting in shape for something bigger: building the world’s largest offshore wind turbine blades!

A few weeks ago, our first group of 30 newly-hired employees in Cherbourg, France, contributed to the launch of the plant’s Center of Excellence training facility.
