The Ministry of Industry and Trade intends to extend the obligation to export products over all new special investment contracts that give fiscal relief to new industrial investors. What this requirement could possibly give was explained to “Kommersant” by Vasily Osmakov, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
