The Board of Directors of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, at a meeting held yesterday, unanimously appointed Markus Tacke as the company's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following the recommendation of the Appointments and Remunerations Committee. The appointment takes effect immediately.
