MARI-Project: 19 European TSOs agree to further cooperation on mFRR-platform
On April 5, 2017, nineteen European Transmission System Operators signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the design, implementation and operation of a new manual frequency restoration reserve platform.
A cooperation of nineteen Transmission System Operators (TSOs) from across Europe signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to consolidate a single, shared view on how to implement a European platform for the exchange of balancing energy from Frequency Restoration Reserves with manual activation (mFRR platform).
