WWEC 2006 - Call for Papers
India, with nearly 4500 MW of installed wind power capacity is the largest market in Asia and in the Asia-Pacific region and number four worldwide. The country is also emerging as a manufacturing hub for wind turbines and related parts and equipment.
WWEC 2006 has already obtained support from several Indian ministries like the Ministry of Non- conventional Energy Sources, the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Environment and Forests. Further governments and international organisations have indicated their support.
WWEC 2006 is a unique international event and will see the participation of international experts, industry, governments, policy makers, utilities, regulators, project developers, equipment suppliers, multilateral banks, donor agencies, lenders, investors, entrepreneurs, academicians, engineers and scientists.
We invite you cordially to submit papers for oral or poster presentation in the following areas:
