Germany: ASV Pioneer Successful Completion of Export Cable Repair on the Riffgat Offshore Wind Farm

Dalby worked closely with partners Bohlen & Doyen GmbH and completed the repair in challenging sea conditions as the waters were shallow with strong tidal currents.

Stuart McNiven said it was a pleasure working with the integrated team from Bohlen & Doyen on board the Pioneer proving again that the barge provides an excellent and stable platform to complete export cable remediation work . We believe the Pioneer has now proved itself to the industry after completing four such repairs in recent time, particularly as we were able to increase the working parameters on the latest repair due to the Pioneer’s excellent sea keeping capability.
