Germany: Halfway on Gode Wind 2+1 OWF
More than half of the 97 6MW Siemens Wind Power turbines have thereby been installed.

On behalf of the project team, I would like to thank our crew, DONG Energy and Siemens Wind Power for great cooperation and performance despite installation in challenging weather during winter season. We are looking forward to continue this partnership for the remaining installation period,” said Project Manager Thomas Sandberg.
When completed, Gode Wind 2+1 will be the largest contiguous offshore wind farm in Germany to date.
The wind farm is owned by DONG Energy and is expected to be fully commissioned in the second half of 2016.
