Gode Wind 1: Second load out of foundations completed

The load out was carried out by Bladt and after leaving Aalborg, the 500 tonnes heavy transition pieces were sailed to Eemshaven in the Netherlands.

The Gode Wind project is owned by DONG Energy and consists of a total of 97 foundations divided into two lots. The 13^th and last load out of the 42 transition pieces for the Gode Wind 2 project was finished on Tuesday 9 June.

During the next couple of months, load out of the remaining transition pieces for Gode Wind 1 will be executed from Bladt’s facilities in Aalborg.
