BBB at "NRW Branchentag Windenergie"
The event covers an exhibition and an extensive lecture program and will take place at the Congress Centrum in Cologne. The main focus will be laid on economical and energy political questions connected to possible co-operations with the neighboring countries Belgium and Netherlands. Furthermore issues related to the role of the community-based utilities in the move to alternative energy sources will be discussed.
Like the years before, BBB Umwelttechnik GmbH (BBB) will attend the meeting as an exhibitor. Furthermore BBB employee Günter Laubinger will give a lecture about “Risk Analysis of On- and Offshore Projects: A Comparison of Results”. The knowledge gained by BBB in ten years of practical due diligence experience will be reflected in the presentation. (The lecture will be given on 21 June, 12.45 pm at Offenbach-Saal.) As a specialist for contracting and procurement issues Laubinger plays an important role in all technical due diligence processes performed by BBB.
The importance of the “NRW Branchentag Windenergie” goes far beyond the borders of the federal state. North Rhine-Westphalia is the home of the most important supplier companies for the entire German wind industry and therefore of major relevance. Consequently the leading wind turbine manufacturers will be present with a booth as well. Patron of the event is Johannes Remmler, the environmental minister of North Rhine-Westphalia.
