Further windmills TARRAGÓ in Tifariti (Occidental Sahara)

Montblanc, 18.01.2012. Aim of the 10-day-long mission is to identify further locations for the installation of windmills.
Similarly to the neighboring country Mali, several hundreds of drill-holes have been done in an attempt to find diamonds. In most of the cases, water instead of diamonds is found. Now, the Spanish None-Governmental Organization FTA-UGT with the support of the TARRAGÓ team is trying to find a use of these drills for the local population by pumping water through windmills.
Moreover, Tarragó is studying an economic solution to cumulate and distribute water.
