New Member On Windfair: ep4 offshore GmbH

Hamburg, 02.01.2012.ep4 offshore GmbH was founded in March 2002 by four wind energy experts in Hamburg. The managing directors are Heinrich Duden and Dr. Thomas Tschiesche.

ep4 offshore GmbH is an offshore wind energy development company and a service provider for offshore wind energy. We have been involved in various project developments all over the world but mainly in Europe. The managing directors are in the business since more than 15 years and have a detailed knowledge of the market.

The company focuses on offshore wind only. We have been in part of many technical due diligence processes over the last years. Two of the have been the offshore wind farms “Gwynt y Morö and “Dan Tyskö both for Stadtwerke Munich.

In addition to this we are also involved as consultant in offshore wind farm project that will be built in Germany in 2013 to 2015. We provide DP-courses together with the shipping department of the “Jadehochschuleö in Elsfleth, such personnel is especially needed in the offshore wind industry. Last but not least we are going to produce an access system for offshore wind turbines that increases the accessibility from around 60% to 90% of the year. This solves a current problem of the industry and increases the return for the investors significantly.
