Net Operator Energinet has awarded Ramboll a contract to map and recommend possible submerged cable routes and landing locations for the export of power from the future energy island near Bornholm, to Denmark and an adjacent country. 
The Serracapriola wind farm is one of the first of the Italian auction held in October 2019 to be connected to the grid. It consists of seven wind turbines and an installed capacity of 28 MW. 
Irish grid operator ESB has announced plans for its Moneypoint site to be transformed into a green energy hub, where a range of renewable technologies will be deployed over the next decade with the capacity to power 1.6 million homes. |
