Energy Transition Reloaded?

The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the world upside down. Now that the great health crisis has been half contained, the question of economic reconstruction is crucial. There might be a unique opportunity to start from scratch - to prevent the next and far more long range crisis - climate change.

Germany likes to see itself as home of the energy transition. But with its pioneering spirit it's not so far off. First of all, a resentful policy almost brought the domestic solar industry to its knees. Only recently has the market been slowly recovering, and the number of new installations is rising.

Vestas Scores Again at Polish Auction

Vestas has won its fourth contract from the last Polish auction round for a total order volume of more than 350 MW, thus demonstrating its ability to support customers in submitting successful auction bids.
