These 6m x 4m units weighing up to 25te were fabricated, finally assembled with components also manufactured at the nearby Widnes plant. The Project included on site shot blast and painting at Hutchinson’s new quayside facility alongside Garston Dock on the River Mersey. This was the first load out from Hutchinson’s new facility only metres from the heavy duty quay which augments their current renewable capability with direct large item delivery now possible. Commenting on this successful completion, Mr. Dean Drinkwater, Managing Director, stated, “This project is the first of many larger fabrications for our clients.
