Blue Cloud Wind Energy Project Developed by Tri Global Energy Reaches Financial Close and Starts Construction

Tri Global Energy, a leading U.S. originator and developer of utility-scale wind energy projects, today announced the closing of project financing and start of construction for the Blue Cloud Wind Energy Project with Denmark-based Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), which will be the long-term owner and operator of the project.

The 148 MW wind project, located in Bailey and Lamb Counties in Texas, is comprised of 19,000 leased acres of privately owned farm land.
